It is with the heaviest hearts that we announce the passing of our own Phil Moon on January 3, 2025.
Phil was our friend, bandmate, brother, and mentor. We will cherish every note that we played and every moment that we were lucky enough to share with Phil.
He leaves behind a hole in our hearts and in our community. We feel so fortunate to have been loved by him.
Based in the Mid-Ohio Valley, The Renée Stewart Band blends lyrical honesty with rock and roll roots to bring an original sound and an unassuming sentiment to their performances. The band prides itself on pulling inspiration from varying sources. They seamlessly mix sounds of Americana, Blues, grunge guitar, and the big voice performances usually reserved for Southern church pews.
